My wife and I went to see Alex‘s band, Apothecary Hymns played at Pianos in Lower East Side (LES).  As always they gave an awesome show.   Rumor has it that they might be changing their band name.

Here’s some clips that were done with the Canon 5D Mark II. 24bit, 1080p, ISO3200 shooting at 1/150 @ f1.4. Still practicing and trying to learn how to use the movie mode.

My new records. LOL!!! I had the opportunity to lead a group of awesome photographers yesterday held in the Lower East Side of New York City on a Portrait Photography Session. I had such a great time helping people with questions they had, posing the models and got a few images captured as well. I’m never taken photos on a theme like this, but as a Rock n Roll guy from back in the days, i know images like this need to be dark, scary and lots of attitude. It helps to have such awesome models to make images like these possible.
